All cancellations must be by letter. There is no return cash money for pre-paid reserves, only by credit, in low season depending available of rooms and under the following conditions:

Reserve cancel 45 days before, devolution of credit 80%
Reserve cancel 44 - 30 days before, devolution of credit 50%
Reserve cancel 29 - 15 days before, devolution of credit 20%

No devolutions for less than fifteen days or when the guest doesn¨t come or goes before the date of reservation.

Reservations cannot be transfered.
